COURSE or training programme STRUCTURE AND OPTIONS
EETTEC Limited encourage customers to create their own tailor made course or training programme, to their own specific needs and requirements, by combining modules from the EETTEC list of engineering and technical subject areas.
A combined engineering programme is possible using the flexible approach of taking modules form different engineering and technical subject areas and combining them into a bespoke programme.
Course Duration
EETTEC provide courses from half day in duration up-to a complete programme of 52 weeks study. This is achieved through the selection of modules which can simply provide a half day (4 hours) subject introduction or can be four weeks (120 hours) in-depth and full-time study. Hence, each module topic listed within each of the engineering or technical subject areas can be given as an introduction to the subject or can provide an in-depth learning experience for the student. EETTEC recommends that for an HNC, which requires candidates to complete and be successful in ten modules, a fulltime period of 52 weeks study is appropriate. If an HND is required then that period of study is recommended to be 2 years fulltime study. Bespoke program durations, however, can be negotiated with the team of Directors.
Example Customer Training Programmes
For most EETTEC customers the course modules are usually provided as a four week block and customers needing a 26 week programme tend to choose 6 modules to cover 24 weeks of the programme and case studies or assignments provide another two weeks of directed study.
