Interest in Higher National Certificates
Requests for proposals are flooding into EETTEC for the new HNC in Operations Engineering. This course is an exiting technical course to be run over 39 weeks at the training academy in Bolton, Lancashire, Greater Manchester. Ten modules will complete the HNC program. Professor John Sharp warns that this is an intense program and there will not be enough time for underachievers to get through the program in the scheduled 39 weeks. He suggests that only serious contenders apply for this course because, it will be both tough academically and a challenge for students to keep up with the pace, hence time management and planning skills are an essential prerequisite for joining. An alternative 52 week HNC program could be discussed at the request of individuals, training managers and HR professionals.
